Here is a Levin Facebook entry about what to do with violent protesters: "We attended the RNC on the South Lawn of the White House Thursday night. And when we departed the Democrat Party mob and rioters were violent, crazed, and organized. There were no peaceful protesters whatsoever. The police were trying to protect the attendees but they were outnumbered. We could also see and feel that this was deadly serious. The police pushed the perimeter out in every direction. The mob was not spontaneous or organic. These are paramilitary-type forces, well-financed and networked, and the only way to crush them is to Gather as much intel as possible, institute the Insurrection Act, go after the source, round up the violent perpetrators, charge them with federal crimes, and try to have bail set very high."

Depressed

I listen to many Youtube videos by Peterson, and he seems depressed and melancholy. He is a good man, very smart and wise, but perhaps is even too pessimistic for me.

He decries self-esteem and chasing after happiness, but, I disagree. I believe that mature, honest self-esteem can lead to a person loving himself, and that is the source of good will and kindness. We should pursue and seek happiness, and we deserve it, even though meaning-seeking is important and legitimate too.

The Miracle

I have been listening to a passel of Jordan Peterson Youtube videos. One of his common themes is that, because life is filled with suffering and tainted by malevolence, and we are born sinners, he is amazed at how well-behaved people are in most of United States and Canada, as the system works, people are peaceful, lawabiding, orderly and gracious. The system works and the power is on, and things get done and the system operates smoothly without a hitch.

Jordan refers to this as a miracle that we must not take for granted, for civilized behavior is but skin deep, and to underestimate the faith, ethos, constitutional republicanism, individual discipline and self-control, the level of cooperation--all point to a functioning civil society--can allow the system to detriorate, declining into a dog-eat-dog urban jungle of all against all.

By allowing the individual to be sovereign and free, we escaped tribalism and collectivism. We must realize the system works pretty well, but it requires a lot of thought, preparation and personal effort from all of its citizens to remain civil, quiet, peaceful, orderly and awful. That achievement is not automatic or natural, and postmodernist collectivists hunger after revolution to overthrow our magnificent American way of life.

They are filled with ingratitude, rage, resentment and hatred. They will use violence and mob bullying to gain their ends, and they must be forcefully opposed and defeated, never allowed to have their way.

Each Of Us

All of us carry that divine spark that Peterson alludes to. That means that each of us is somebody, at least in terms of potential. We are born nobodies with the opportunity to become somebody--that does not equte or conflate necessarily to gaining wealth, status, recognition, acclaim or power or fame--but a living angels serving God to somebody of great metaphysical significance.

Tribalism

Peterson describes identity politics as a return to tribalism, a return to collectivist ethics and culture from our prehistoric and historic eras.

The group is everything and the individual is nothing--promoting altruist ethics and ethos over egoist ethics and ethos.

Courage

Both Peterson and Prager complain that individual courage is rare and that such mass moral cowardice is predictable, routine and very damaging to people and society. I agree.

People are born depraved (they are corrupt and self-loathing, therefore running after pleasure and ease, seeking the easy way out), they run in packs, they group-live, and they are altruists. It is no wonder that they lack physical and moral courage, for the most part.

We will not have a majority of mature, sane adults evincing moral courage until they are Mavellonialized: individuating, God-fearing, living angels, individual-living with self-esteem, supercitizens that have learned to be courageous.

Jordan Peterson As A Mavellonialist

I was listening to some Jordan Peterson Youtube interviews on my way home from the cabin yesterday. He clearly identifies the individual as sovereign in Western culture. I agree but worry about the lingering, residual elements of altruist and collectivist ethos still alive, powerful and conflicting with the individualist emphasis in Western culture. Tribalism as postmodernist socialism could still tank the West.

Roughly, Jordan is arguing that the individual is sovereign in the West, and that we are to lead meaningful, responsible lives, self-actualizing as ethical, spiritually good and mature adults to improve the lives of ourselves, our families and our community. I agree.

Peterson believes that in the individual free thinking, free speech and developing as a singular, private person is our life project, and is the best way to improve society. I agree.

He warns that tribalism and collectivism animates those on campus--professors, students and administrators--seek not to suppress free speech. He argues that their aim is deeper and more deadly: they deny that any individual has any rights at all, no right to think or speak freely at all. Each individual is but an avatar of his identity groups to which he belongs and was born into. There is no objective truth. There is only subjective, relative groups of rival tribes vying endlessly for power, so the socialists and postanarchist feel justified in disallowing any opposing individual to speak, think or act in ways contrary to the narratives advance by the collectivist tribe.

These nihilists will make Pol Pot look like a choir boy once they capture the government.

Jordan believes we are born depraved, that suffering tainted by malevolence is the human core existential state, and we do good and be good by facing it head on and amounting to something.

Peterson is a Mavellonialist or is converging towards it.

Be Scared

Either the authorities enforce law and order, or middle class men will impose vigilante law and order, and that should scare the hell out of everyone.

We are on edge of civil war. This is what happens when Leftists are allowed to riot without being arrested. Either the authorities quell this or dudes like Caleb Turn will and that is very sad.

For America is some organization with a meme on Facebook tonight that actors, athletes and celebrities are proven to be non-essential, even though their success make them feel qualified to instruct the masses as to what to think.

These ideologues attacking white males are Marxist postmodernists, and they are wicked fanatics. Rufo is correct to chase them out of the federal government.

Absolute Perfection

Is God Pure Actuality, Absolute Perfect, Immutable without any undeveloped, internal potential to realize. If God is Fate, then this is so, but Fate is also Absolutely Imperfect, Utterly Changeable, filled with untapped potential.

God as the Mother and the Father are Almost Pure Actuality and Almost Absolute Perfection.

Pure Actualization

Is God Pure Actualization, with no potential left to develop? Yes and No. God is perfect and yet God is always growing, self-perfecting, realizing De's incompleted, untapped further potential. This paradox is true and not to be fussed over.

Losing America

Mark Levin, In Liberty and Tyranny, Pages 174 and 175, shows how mass immigration is causing us to lose America: "For more than two centuries, individuals with diverse backgrounds have come together to form a national 'melting pot' and harmonious society sustained by allegiance to the country and its founding principles. But today's open-ended mass migration, coupled with the destructive influences of biculturalism, multiculturalism, bilingualism, multilingualism, dual citizenship, and affirmative action, have combined to form the building blocks of a different kind of society--where aliens are taught to hold tightly to their former cultures and languages, balkanization grows, antagonism and conflict are aroused, and victimhood is claimed at perceived slights. If a nation does not show and teach respect for its own identity, principles and institutions, that corrosive attitude is conveyed to the rest of the world, including newly arriving aliens. And if this unchecked, the nation will ultimately cease to exist.

In Liberty and Tyranny, Page 173, Mark Levin citicizes Progressives for falsely but deliberately downplaying the exceptionalism of America's culture: "Moreover, rather than Americanize aliens and use public and private institutions to inculcate them with the virtues of American culture, language, mores history, traditions and customs, the Statist is cultivating a cultural relativism in which the cultures from which the aliens fled are given equal accord with American culture. But all cultures are not equal, as evidenced, in part, by the alien fleeing his own country for the American culture and the American citizen staying put . . . But neither the heritage nor the home language of the individual has ever competed with the American culture for dominance. The history of immigration in the United States up to now has been assimilation." Assimilate or go home, or stay and never be allowed to vote and be a citizens, I suggest.

Limit Immigration

Mark Levin, on Page 163 of Liberty and Tyranny, explains why unlimited immigration is a terrible idea: "No society can withstand the unconditional mass migration of aliens from every corner of the earth. The preservation of the nation's territorial sovereignty, and culture, language and mores, traditions and customs that make possible a harmonious community of citizens, dictate that citizenship be granted only by the consent of the governed--not by the unilateral actions or demand o the alien--and then only to aliens who will throw off their allegiance to their former nation and society and pledge their allegiance to America." This is how things ought to be run.

Systemic Reverse Racism

Racism Is Natural

 We must insist that racism is natural to all, and is practiced or potentially practiced by all races against all other races. Ending racism is learning to apply the golden rule to outsiders, strangers, members of other ethnic groups. We must espouse the sovereignty of the individual as Jordan Peterson does. When we do this, the narratives embedded in and arising out of identity politics disappear. That is the way successfully to move beyond racist worries for most Americans.We need to take back control (or pull kids out of public schools or colleges) of public education whereat children are taught to value group identity over individual sovereignty. We need to reassert that the American Way is the best that the world has ever seen or produced. We must warn that the neo-racists on the Left, specifically targeting white people, are fiercely condemned and forcefully opposed on every level of society on every occasion. We must stay armed and ready should the socialist movement seek to take over the government and society by violent means.

Reverse Racism Defined

In a pure sense, I believe you are right, that racism by anyone against anyone is racism in practice and that is all that needs to be written as a descriptive adjective characterizing practically the vicious act of prejudice in action. My deliberate usage of the phrase reverse racism is to capture and draw attention to current Leftist campaign to invoke racist hatred and attacks on all whites by Leftist whites, by people of color and globalists, foreign or domestic. Anti-semitism is a genocidal stain on the history of humanity that is still alive and flourishing. The Leftists and globalists that seek to overthrow America and set up a one-world socialist dictatorship also have in mind genocidal extermination of white people from the face of the earth. Do not underestimate their murderous intent. I likely sound like an alarmist kook, but I believe that their hammering the drums of identity politics, teaching all the young Americans in school and in college that whites, men, especially heterosexual males, are the most cruel, nasty oppressors that have ever existed--all of this is to stoke the fires of hatred against whites. We need to get organized, armed and alert to keep the haters and revolutionaries from taking over America and teaching the world to loathe whites. Prager offers that it is more important to know that God is necessary than to know that God exists. I like it, and I agree.

Reverse Racism

Prager The Sage

I wish I was smart enough and had time enough to watch every Youtube video by this guy and listen to hundreds of hours of his radio show, but I do not. Still, I have the gist of what he is about.

8-15-2020: he has a short clip (more on that below) in which he points out two first principles that Jordan Peterson is advocating, and seems implied to me in Eric Hoffer's newsaper columns from the late 1960s.

Assumption 1: The core idea of the West is that the individual is sovereign, and collective needs are secondary in emphasis--Peterson declares this, as I do, and it is implied in Hoffer. Prager is the typical Jewish altruist but he is enough of a Westerner and individualist--much individualism is inherent to the Jehovah and to Jewish metaphysics--to not contradict this core assumption too much.

Assunption 2: all four of us conservative thinkers believe that we have a basically, flawed or wicked human nature. There is enough of innate goodness potential in our souls that we are perfectible if we try hard, confess to God that we are sinners, beg for divine forgiveness and divine grace, intervention and assistance. If God is central to our lives, then we may learn good habits, and then our hard work and good habits will allow our natures to become mostly good, as our wills and character transform as we grow in moral and spiritual goodness and love. Salvation and eternal reward then become a real possibility for us.

Assumption 3: the individual as pious individuator, that individual-lives, is loving and good, but the joiner or group-liver, each person as conformist non-individuator, is bad and hateful. Allowing children to pursue their enlightened self-interest is to rear them as unselfish, kind, smart, ambitious adults. To raise children not to self-actualize, to run in packs, and to be selfish is to bring them up as mean, selfish, destruction-loving adults. In short, the individual is generous, kind and religious as pursues his interest and happiness, but the individual as duped, Stinerian egoist, is selfish, greedy and cruel as he chases after fulfilling collective and social objectives.

Peterson may agree with me on Assumption 3 a bit, and perhaps Hoffer, but Prager would not.

Assumption 4: All four of us conservative thinkers would agree that revolution is desirable, but it cannot be Marxist, socialist, mandated by government ukase, violently implemented or forced upon anyone. Eric Hoffer in one of those columns mentioned above, clearly stipulates that only  a middle class revolution is revolutionary, but that a fascist or communist revolution is only a return to the totalitarian past which is the bulk of happenings and societies in human history. Revolution must be voluntarily undertaken, it must be middle class (individualist, capitalist, Western and a case of rugged individualism undertaken), and it occurs one person at a time, with free will choice to do so by each self-perfecting individual.

Let me return to Prager's video: our sage announces that, under religious education (Judeo-Christian training), students are taught that they are the problem not society. Now Prager is right, for the individual is the problem, so the individual is the solution, and must find the solution. I argue that Mavellonialist egoism is that solution. Prager and almost all conservatives--if Peterson knew of me he may agree with me--would offer the traditional moral solutions of self-restraint, altruistic self-denial and pursuit of the well-being of others before meeting one's personal needs. I am not against this altruistic end, but insist that chasing after altruistic goodness is of second-tier rank, deference given to pursuit of enlightened self-interest. This latter demand is  our ethical duty as well as best for the common good.

Prager goes on to teach us that children under secular education are taught that they as flawed children are not the problem, but that society is the problem. They need not discipline, restrain or perfect themselves: they are perfect as they are, innately good little angels, ruined by corrupt America and its rotten structures and institutions. Children are taught K-26 that America is putrid to the core--racist, classist, sexist, anti-Envirostatist, misogynist, xenophobic, Islamophobic, transphobic and homophobic--and must be battled, cast off and replaced by a postmodernist, socialist culture and concomitant political and economic institutions, Utopia has arrived!

Prager lambastes this view, arguing that children harm the world, when so lied to and brought up wrong, because they do damage because they grow up wicked and without learned self-restraint, and because they are Maoist legions of young people leading the fight to overthrow the culture, ethos and institutions of a basically decent society requiring support and preservation, not overthrowing and replacing.

If a society is evil, it is acceptable to teach the young to work to reform or overthrow it, peacefully or otherwise. Where a country is lovely like America is, it is to be preserved and protected as it is. I think that all four of us would agree about that.

The Revolution Underway

Yes, indeed. An armed citizenry is a free citizenry. First, they take our guns, then they eradicate the Constitution, then they deprive us of liberty. Once the all-powerful, all-intrusive federal tyranny is in place, we are then as enslaved, downtrodden, exploited and oppressed as our European serfs and peasants ancestors were. The aim of the postmodernist, Marxist Left is really a return to the medieval hell in which the masses had nothing, and the elite had it all. This is the world that the educated intellectuals and globalists strive mightily to reinstate, and they may yet be successful.

These two men are political heroes. They helped craft and bring off a big congressional primary win for Marjorie Green in Georgia. When good men and women rise up and assert their support for politicians to defend and extent liberty and protect the Constitution, all Americans reap the rewards. Perhaps they can hold a seminar to insturct non-RINO Republicans and conservatives to fight to take back the House and reelect Trump.

The Political Employer

The people are in charge and the government and politicians must do their bidding, once the citizens unite, bring forward a MAGA agenda, and demand that politicians implement it or be tossed out of office. Read what Mark Levin writes on Page 163 in his book Liberty and Tyranny:  "It is the community of citizens who consent to be governed and for whom the government exists. The principle responsibility of the government is to the citizen. Otherwise, the government ceases to be legitimate. To say that the citizen, who is in fact primarily responsible for the nation's character and culture to which the immigrant immigrates, is less valuable to American society than the immigrating immigrant is nonsensical.

Enviro-Statists have delegitamized  the role of government as employee of the people, and it is now the large, bloated intrusive master. Once it ceases to serve them, it is their duty to cease to serve it and then rise up and overthrow it, peacefully, if possible.

The patriotic nativist insists that American immigration policy is for the citizens' benefit, not for immigrants and illegal aliens that want to come here. To side with immigrants over native citizens is to argrue the globalist, one-world-government approach with no borders and no national sovereignty respected or countenanced any longer.

Ideology Over Science

Mark Levin castigates Enviro-Statists for favoring ideology over science, even it science is reduced to pseudoscience to support their biased, foregone conclusions--Liberty and Tyranny, Page 160: "The Enviro-Statist proclaims his allegiance to science and knowledge when, in fact, his only faith is to his ideology. Now that climate models suggest a slight global cooling (again?), his terminology changes from 'man-made global warming' to 'man-made climate change.' Henceforth, Mother Nature's doings will be  mankind's responsibility no matter what the science reveals. The Enviro-Statist has declared war on the civil society and he is impatient."

Trump announced that if schools do not open in the fall, the money should go to the parents.

Trump is spot on. The money should follow the children to charter schools, home schooling or private schools. If the schools do not want to open, and teachers do not want to work, fine allocate the money to where it needs to go. Deschooling society has always been a great idea. This is not anti-education but anti-postmodernist, Marxist bureaucrats indoctrinating and breaking the spirits of our children.

Here was my posted comment: "Yes, these self-haters are in rebellion against a white, male, heterosexual patriarchy, that barely exists, bothers no one, gives women more wealth, power, education and freedom than most any country or culture in the world. Still, they hate our American and Western culture, and cannot wait to overthrow it. How can college educated women be so filled with rage, hate, and venomous ideology based on nothing but their own resentment-laden fantasies and collective lunacy?"

Rally Attended

Today (8-1-20), I attended a rally at the State Capitol in St. Paul protesting Walz tyrannical law about mandated mask wearing in public areas.

I got there about 1220pm and could not find out group so three or four guys and I walked up to the front of the Capitol looking for our group. One of our guys had his face painted the colors of the flag. Three or four Black Lives Matter protesters came right up to him and started shouting in his face. He was a burly guy and said back off. They did not. A few state troopers separated the two sides, and ordered us to leave because this other group had the permit. We were to go down the hill almost off the Capitol grounds about 1/4 mile south. A couple of our guys kept arguing with this woman State Trooper ordering them to leave. I yelled at them that she was not kidding. We needed to leave or be forcibly removed and maybe arrested, so everyone left after I yelled at them. That was the first encounter with Black Lives Matter starting something or seeking to start something.

We went down the hill to the outer grounds and about 500 to 1200 rallyers were there for Michele Evans to give her talk and mask-buring ceremony. Blacks Lives Matters photojournalists, MPR, and all the local TV stations were there among us, and people did not attack them, but mildly harassed them to leave as fake news frauds, the enemy in our midst. The troopers came and escorted out an Channel 11 cameraman surrounded by hostile rallyers. Overall it was a quite peaceful, orderly protest, 

Then a bunch of those Black Lives Matter protesters got very confrontational and were walking right into our crowd arguing and shouting when the troopers evicted them. That was the second time they sought a fight. After the rally was over about 200 of our people and those thugs were squaring off to the West, when the troopers separated them again. It was three times that they approached us, and we never intentionally approached any of them. It was young, white college male college students that were the worst. These are brown shirt thugs and they will use violence and intimidation to force the silent majority to remain silent and submissive. That bullying tactic is not working anymore.

I got some useful contact information, and I went home about 245pm.
