Yes, I would back a national law to prevent the desecration, destruction of or removal of our historical statues, monuments and plaques. especially Confederate monuments. These are part of our heritage, and should be not forgotten or removed, but kept and studied for the good and bad that was done by those figures in that era.
It is Stalinist to seek to wipe out memory of the past that is our heritage. The alt-Left needs to be arrested and jailed for crimes against history should they attack any more statues.
