Declaring Martial Law And Locking Down Our States

I among others am really worried that federal or state martial law, declared for reasons of public health and security, is just another chance for federal and state strongmen to get martial law installed, and then keep it in place permanently once the coronavirus crisis abated. We need Trump and governors to be questioned about this to make sure we do not lose our constitutional republic forever.
