A Judging God

I feel terrible that our wise man, our mentor, Dennis Prager—Mr. Antithesis To Being A Nondescript, Invisible Man—is still bed-bound after a year. That such a luminary and sage is absent from the world stage is a loss of incomparable proportions. He has much work left to do, but he may never recover enough to finish his rational bible series, etc. I saw some clip from an interview two interviewers had with Prager, and they asked Dennis why he thought antisemitism is the most pervasive, entrenched, recurring genocidal campaign against an ethnic people. Dennis replied that one reason—not the main reason he emphasized—that Jews are hunted and killed in every generation is because they are God’s chosen people, The rest of the world cannot deal with that so they are jealous and seek to wipe out God’s favorites rather than rise to the occasion and lead virtuous and moral lives so pleasing to God, that theses non-Jews will be part of God’s chosen people by merit and effort. It is quite doable. Rather, people for centuries have lived under tyrannies, socialist and hierarchical in some way, run in packs, are devoured by altruistic-collectivist ethos, serve Satan not God, and have no self-esteem. They are born flawed on top of it, so it is no mystery that the Jews are hunted in each generation, the attackers hoping and praying that this time, they will wiped out. The Jews are like Abel and the non-Jews are like Cain, filled with jealousy and resentment. Like Cain, the non-Jews neither admit their blame for God not favoring them, nor do much or enough to merit returning to or entering into God’s good graces. Rather these soon-to-be-victimizers feel sorry for themselves, and claim to be victims, of a rich Jewish plot to take over the world, and that the Jews are to blame for the suffering of non-Jews, so they must pay and be punished for what they have no blame for, and no power over. Prager is a genius of truth: whether the idea is original to him, or he heard from other Jewish intellectuals, he hits the nail right on the head in the interview as he notes that the reason Jews are hated, hunted and killed is that they were the first people to introduce the world that terrifying nature of God, that not only does God love us, but God judges us in life and death, and there is a heaven and hell. Humans don’t mind doing evil and being evil; what they fiercely resent and punish is any critic or prophet that reminds them that they are sinning sinners who will stand in line to receive God’s judgment when they leave this world, and no one is able to avoid this destiny. Satan and Lera own this world, and if they can keep non-Jews distracted and murdering Jews, then people are working for the Dark Couple, not the Light Couple, a most successful, clever scheme for distracting foolish people, who, thought they wield free will, mostly they know what they are doing.
