If only Jeff Sessions was a tough and effective as Scott Pruitt.Rosenstein would be gone. Congress would have its documents, and the 2nd special counsel would be in place. And Mueller would not be fired, but the boundaries of his fishing expedition would be curtailed right now. And Trump would be told never to sit down with Mueller.
