Psalm 105, 42-45

God gives De's word and honors it. God expects us to live up to our promise to abide by De's covenant with us, to observe De's laws and pay homage to De: "For he remembered his holy word to his servant Abraham. And he led forth his people with joy; with shouts of joy, his chosen ones. And he gave them lands of the nations, and they took what the peoples had toiled for, That they might keep his statutes and observe his laws. Alleluia."
