There cannot be a significant decline in the crushing scope and sheer amount of evil running rampant in the world until women learn to lead moral lives, more moral than they do now. Women are 51% of the population and if they are moral and happy, that bodes well for all. How can the lot of women be improved?
If women can learn to be and act assertive and feisty, refusing to be victimized by anyone, that would be a moral revolution in society, a transformation of earthquake potential, the outcome of which none can predict, but things generally should be better for the next generation of women.
If women cannot be victimized and refuse to be victimized and they make it stick, then that many women do not need to victimize someone else to rid themselves of their anger and resentment, and thus that much less evil occurs in the world, and those weaker, poorer or outcast are automatically and significantly safer for none need to dump on them to feel better about themselves.
