Jordan Peterson, in his book BEYOND ORDER 12 MORE RULES FOR LIFE, writes that the good or evil committed by each agent matters more than we ever realize to make the world a better or worse place.
It occurred to me that he is right as usual, but that his statement about our ethical actions really mattering is a declaration as to the immense value and worth of each human being, and what we do really does matter, and that mirrors directly why what one does or does not do matters.
