We all have our sentimental preferences as to whom we would hire or choose to associate with, but these groupist biases must be set aside. The moral worth of each person must strictly or mostly be assigned by us, in our best color-blind, impartial manner. How we accept or reject each person, each time must reflect the fact that our personal, provisional judgement assessing worth or the lack thereof, is base only or is merited by their actions as individuals
