Genesis I, Chapter I, verse 27: God created man in his image; in the divine image he created them.
God made us in his image. God is The Individualist and The Creator. That is the image we are to partake in. In answering God call for us to serve in His and Her army of angels, that is where we are mini-creators, living angels and somewhat divine or demi-gods (if we are very great souls, rare but possible).
