God gives us spiritual health and goodness. Out of that comes moral goodness and good acts done. When an ordered, cooperative, structured cluster of humans work, mutually govern, make a living and reside in tight communities, their comlex interacting with good deeds done and moral best wishes shared with one another, then civil society, law and order and civilization become the way of the land. And that is as it should be.
This all originates with God, and works well until and if the people abandon God.
