There is a common man outlook that is now the classical American world view, and that is a marvellous orientation. None are any better than anyone else, and all are treated the same, treated with dignity and respect.
As the majority grow into a lifestyle of individuating, they will be very elite thinkers/artists/workers and performers of amazing feats. Their aristocratic pursuit of high pleasures will not make them snobbish because almost all people will perform at an aristocratic level and pace, as superhumans and supercitizens. Their average of exceptionality will be the norm, so that aristocracy will be the norm, normal, customary, accepted, expected and popular. There will be no or few slackers or stragglers lagging behind to be sneered at and condescended down to as inferior or vulgar.
In this way, individuating as superhumans gives us excellent humans of arete, while eliminating a stratified social structure, and that provides society with an answer to the need to avoid the many kinds of inequality inherent to typical class-systemed society.
