There is no significant difference between Communism and Fascism, at the bottom they are tyranny, a vicious form on communitarianism where the state, the hierarchy and the assembled group are all, and the civil society, the devolution of institutional arrangements and the cantonized lifestyle of millions of anarchist individuators are downplayed, even obliterated.
Levin, in Liberty and Tyranny, page 30, talks of the forms of tyranny: "The Statist's Utopia can take many forms, and has through out human history, including monarchism, feudalism, militarism, fascism, communism, national socialism and economic socialism. They are all of the same species--tyranny. . . ."
