Quay County, New Mexico has inaugurated an trend whose time has come. As an individuator/anarchist, I have long stressed that life, civil society and governance should proceed primarily at the local or county level.
The Quay County commissioners have proclaimed that Quay County is now officially a Second Amendment Sanctuary County. How about a trend to spread that across the country, with Commissioners, state legislators and Sheriffs in these counties all being encouraged and rewarded with reelection for establishing such sanctuary counties?
