In Liberty and Tyranny Mark Levin portrays the Statist agenda is setting the Constitution aside, or distorting its meaning to achieve his aim in reengineering society: "The Statist considers the judiciary his clearest path to amassing authority, for through it he can proclaim what the law is without effective challenge or concern with the fleeting outcome of an election cycle. . . And the Statist on the court tolerates representative government only to the extent that its decisions reinforce he ends. Otherwise he overrules it."
Tyranny by judicial oligarchy is now our national reality.
