The Castration Machine

Christopher Rufo in his report from 7-7-2023 that I subscribe to, entitled the report, Oregon’s Castration Machine. A public hospital in Portland is using a robto to create artificial genitalia, Rufo warns.

Rufo writies: “Following the French Revolution, the British philosopher Edmund Burke signaled a note of caution, warning that the desire for progress, uninhibited by convention, can lead to disaster. Revolutions in the name of lofty ideals—liberty, equality, science—can yield their opposites A revolution in our time merits similar consideration: the transformation of human sexuality and, in particular, the rise of so-called gender medicine.

My response: I am for progress, but this gender medicine revolution as stupid and dangerous—it mutilated confused or mentally ill young people, modern guinea pigs. God made men and women in De’s own image, and there are only two genders, though there may be socially constructed variations upon this binary system, biologically and spiritually solid, by which one’s natural anatomy is one gender and destiny for most people.

Rufo is horrified by the gender medicine practice: “This openness marks a revolution in manners and morals. In the past, transgender theorists acknowledged that their surgical transformations were disturbing and anti-normative.”

My response:  the new practitioners of gender medicine seek to remake human nature and nullify humans as they naturally are. We are doing what God does not want us to do, and we are mutilating children in the process to accomplish these drastic sexual alterations in young people. It is wicked, just wicked.

Rufo continues: “Such views no longer prevail. Today’s transgender medical providers conceal the barbarity of their practices in euphemisms. They are not postmodern Dr. Frankensteins but providers of ‘life-saving, gender-affirming care.’ The model patient is no longer the middle-aged autogynephile but the troubled teenager, sold a new identity, mediated through technology, that promises to resolve deep-seated sexual anxieties—and advance the political cause of transgender activists.

The dismal metaphysics that lies beneath OHSU”s castration machines is academic queer theory, which holds that human beings are mere vehicles of ‘performativity’ and that their natures can be modeled and reshaped at will. In other words, the queer theorists argue, there is no ‘human nature’ that cannot be transcended or obliterated through the application of culture and science.”

My response: this medicine that mutilates the young violated divine and human morality. Human nature is set and is applicable to all humans, so using queer theory and modern medicine to create new gender creatures is medicine gone made, and robot, guided butchery. For the young at least it must cease.
