My
Scandinavian sister-in-law carried a motto on her Facebook account by
David Pitonyak of openfuturelearning.org: "Loneliness is the central
reason why so many are so unhappy and distraught. Our work is to help
people find meaningful and enduring relationships. Nothing is more
important."
This David writes with great wisdom and sympathy. Three quick suggestions to help.
1. Ending discrimination towards individualists would go a long way towards deepening and strengthening all kinds of human relations and human relationships.
2. Start urging all at all ages to begin self-actualizing; nothing raises self-esteem and provides such a powerful cure for loneliness that leading a purposeful, creative life better the world, the self and others.
3. Both the Mother and the Father are individualists. By living primarily as an individual: loneliness, fleeting human contacts and empty, rivalry, rank-based relationships disappear in significance and relevance when one learns to relate to these divinities person to person.
