If a person is careful and researches how to proceed, listen to the advice of successful people, all the while realistically know what he can do, then his educated guesses, his clear hunches and instincts may be worth taking a chance on, and plunging forward, if, of course a powdering of his common sense over the whole considered endeavor, does not make his conscience or sense of danger, nix the whole project.
