Individuating

The individuator does not so much care if he has a flair or not at accomplishing the thing that is the beloved specialty of his.

He will over-learn and over-master his selected specialty if he must, so whether or not he is naturally good at doing it, or not, is not that consequential or that much of an obstacle. If he is not good at doing it, his unique approach as a non-facile master at doing his specialty, will make him so accomplished and contributory to that field of his speciality due to his most original way of solving problems that arise while addresing his specialty.

He does not whine that either he is innately good at doing it or not, and that is the end of the discussion. His retort is that I will become very, very good at my specialty that I have no natural flair for.
