If you are biased, your slant is too pro your own identity group, and its individual members, and too anti rival identity groups and its members. Too like or dislike based upon group identity is pure bias or racism.
All that matters is that each individual should individuate and individual-live, and his myriad of identity-group memberships are but his unique color.
Only the individual is logical and moderate, and a society of supercitizens will not conflict with each other or bother with lethal, tribal conflict between rival groups.
