The Civil Society

I am fascinated with understanding what the civil society signifies, and how it would appear to operate in my high civilization, a constitutional republic, populated by individuator/anarchist supercitizens, running society and the government.

Civil society is defined variously and in contradictory ways, but it is generally accepted as that third domain of society, of which the domains of government and business are the first and second domains.

As a follower of Mark Levin, I have studied his two online youtube videos on the civil society, and I will have more to say about them later, but how he defines civil society as be inferred, at least in part, from this quote on Page 31 of Liberty and Tyranny: "American history and traditions make the transformation from civil society to tyranny more complicated for the Statist than in Europe and other places, which helps explain its slower pace."

Levin likely would regard civil society as a civilized arrangement or social contract or social compact which uplifts all citizens, equally treated and protected as they enjoy and practice their unalienable natural rights, under the rule of law, as guaranteed and protected by a strong but limited in size and scope federal government.

A civilized society is a civil society and an uncivilized society is an uncivil society. Life as it has been lived for 200 years in America is life lived by its citizens in a civil society of law, equality, liberty and economic opportunity.

The transformation of America sought by Obama and other Leftists and Statists is a trend, a breaking away from civility and civilzation, forskaing liberty and prosperity in America, to replace it all with the tyranny of forced equality of an all-powerful federal government running every aspect of our lives, as freedom and prosperity are snuffed out, in favor of slavery and want under a Marxist elite running everything.

The Statists conquered Europe easily, and they are eager to take out America. Once America is gone, their eventual aim of world-wide domination of all everywhere under a materialistic, atheistic, one-world government and despot is their great hope, and their monstrous acheivement, which they have sold to credulous billions as salvation for suffering humanity.

The American Way promotes the establishment and upkeep of civil society, and the Statist Way introduces by force, cajolery, lies and deception a totalitarian, impoverished Adminstrative State, an uncivil society where the group is all and the collective interest reigns supreme.
