Levin argues that there is no doctrine of church and state in the Constitution--that it is a modern invention of activist, Progressive judges.
Rather God has preordained that liberty and religious liberty are part and parcel of the American Experiment, so much so that nothing like a theocracy, state religion or shariah law can be the law of the land here.
