To Explain

 

Dennis Prager said last week that his main job was to explain America to Americans, about their Judeo-Christian heritage, etc.

 

That is his mission but what does that mean? It means that people are born depraved and born without a full set of instincts to guide their moral behavior. It means that the sages of traditional culture, like Prager, have to explain to the elders, the adults and the children of America what it means to be American, what is the American Way, and how they need to teach the young these wondrous traditional values so that they know how to curb their inner wicked ways, and how to lead good, fulfilling, productive, civilized lives.

 

Conservatives want those noble traditions passed on to each generation, for each generation must be taught how to live, Skip but one generation, and the law of the jungle becomes the new, totalitarian, Marxist nightmare ruling in America.

 

Revolutionaries, totalitarian monsters, and vicious idealists work mightily to wipe out historical reference from collective understanding and consciousness of the currently alive. If they can eliminate historical and cultural landmarks from the past, if all churches can be obliterated, if the state raises the young with woke ideology spoon-fed to these little true believers, every day, then the nihilists have been able to remake society after their own image, their own vision.

 

It is Dennis’s enormous contribution to our culture that he has spent 50 years explaining to Americans how to live, what to cherish, and what to remember; only then does America have a future, I would like to add some Mavellonialist values to round off what Prager, Mark Levin, and others are bringing back to the cultural fore.
