A few years back, fired Google engineer, James Damore, did a 2017 video for Prager U. He is a white, male conservative that seemed unbiased, logical, fair, and scientific in his research for his internal paper to Google arguing that men and women are innately different from each other. He argued that the weird differential treatment of women, and the exclusionary, affirmative-action and quota programs for women to hire and promote them based on gender not merit was not necessary and was actually discriminatory against men, and I agree with him.
I argue that protected class people, of any intersectional type, can best be helped not by group rights reverse discrimination against dominant or disliked groups, but by teaching these persons not to be victims but to self-realize as individuals of great merit, enough to get them hired, promoted, rewarded.
As accomplished self-realizers, their merit, talent, and industry would be so patently beneficial to employers large and small, that only a rigid, foolish hater of women or other minorities would argue that they cannot be hired or promoted. That would be immoral and not in the best interest of the corporation holding them back and down.
