The 1.1 trillion dollar Ryan spending bill over 2, 000 is a bodacious disgrace. Ryan is being primaried and needs to be fired--so does McConnell. These swine are liars and crooks, unfit to hold public office.
With them in mind, and realizing how hopelessly dysfunctional is Washington, it is time for Article V.
