Maturity And Egoism

1983 my wife and I rented an apartment in Richfield. Mrs. D. the vile,

out of our apartment. She convinced the caretakers who reported us to

The caretaker, an ally and friend of Mrs. D., came and met with us. He
accused us of selling drugs. He said he, his wife and the Richfield
police were not sure how we were doing it, and he admired our
cleverness, but that they would catch us. We were completely innocent,
and I have never even smoked pot. When people hate someone, they are so
filled with suspicion and conviction about the wickedness of their
enemies (us), that they see what is not there, and believe what is not
there. Our drug-dealings were never uncovered, and we moved out one year
later. Neighbors in apartment living are one reason that we bought a
house.

Taking Our Country Back

If the act promotes what is wrong or violates said moral code, then it is a bad act. Kant would add that the agent must possess a good will, and that doing what is right and good in compliance with moral code is his duty and his ethical obligation.
I no problem with deontology. A moral agent should obey natural law, possess a good will and select such actions as bring him into compliance with natural law. He should operate from the right moral motive.
If it is natural law that God is a self-actualized Individual, then the law is that each person is to self-realize as a life choice in obedience to what God has decreed is the most desirable way for each person to live.
The third major ethical theory on the American philosophical stage is virtue ethics. Such an ethicist would describe an action selected as virtuous or good if the doer's moral character is virtuous, and he acts in ways consistent with remaining virtuous or becoming more virtuous. If he acted badly, his actions selections would be unworthy of being considered actions that a virtuous person will commit.
As an egoist, I would like each of us to pursue our enlightened self-interest as maverizers. We do want to worry about consequences, and obeying moral law, and to develop sterling ethical character, and these need careful blending in emphasis for the self-realizing agent.
Acting moderate is the universal, natural law that advises each agent to blend these opposing moral theories. Obeying the law of moderation is one's duty, and predictably consequences will be favorable as the spread of moderate action in the universe is a will for all humans. If it is natural law that God is a self-actualized Individual, then the law is that each person is to self-realize as a life choice in obedience to what God has decreed is the most desirable way for each person to live.
The third major ethical theory on the American philosophical stage is virtue ethics. Such an ethicist would describe an action selected as virtuous or good if the doer's moral character is virtuous, and he acts in ways consistent with remaining virtuous or becoming more virtuous. If he acted badly, his actions selections would be unworthy of being considered actions that a virtuous person will commit.
As an egoist, I would like each of us to pursue our enlightened self-interest as maverizers. We do want to worry about consequences, and obeying moral law, and to develop sterling ethical character, and these need careful blending in emphasis for the self-realizing agent.
Acting moderate is the universal, natural law that advises each agent to blend these opposing moral theories. Obeying the law of moderation is one's duty, and predictably consequences will be favorable as the spread of moderate action in the universe is a will for all humans. The virtuous doer is moderate, and his will is good, and his character is admirable.
Good Attitude
You have to believe things are getting better, and can get better, and that you deserve for things to get better. Once you adopt these attitudinal improvements, then you have psychologically cleared the pathway that allows to you do and become, and impressive, consecutive occasions of success will follow.

If you have a good attitude, and faith in God, the Good Spirits will help you bounce back from privation, setbacks, unemployment, ill health, bankruptcy and shock over being cruelly treated by your fellow humans.

For its own sake, for the sake of the Good Spirits, for the sake of the common good, for their own personal sake and because keeping the piece is the civil duty of all, they will coexist and tolerate differing others. Unity for individuators is a reality, not a foreign or idealistic concept divorced from reality.

Yet , in another, contradictory way, it seems as if, at least at first glance, that people are psychological egoists, seeking pleasure as good, and avoiding pain as bad.
People like living, sex, ice cream, gambling taking it easy. They do not like dying, hurting, spinach, saving money, and working hard.
People will dump anyone that the group disowns. They will hang out with boring, rotten or unpleasant people if the group grants them high social status. They will throw under the bus, any nonconformist, independent thinker or great soul that has no social prestige, adding nothing to the popularity ranking of the joiner, and can even cause him to lose all social standing should he insist on standing by and with the great soul, spurned by the committee. These people are selfish and seek their own interests first, so it seems to be evidence favoring that people are innate psychological egoists.
The pleasure that these people seek is irrational, excessive (fanatical), groupist and typical of nonindividuated persons that group-live. The pleasure that they seek is not good for them, and the pain that they avoid is often ennobling and character-building for them.
The individuator is rather logical, temperate and prudent. He will purse pleasures that are harmless to others and himself, or that contribute to the well-being of the community and himself. He will endure and wrap his arms around pains that are his duty, obligation, self-sacrifice or his self-disciplining now for future growth and character building attributes.

Being group-livers, a woven, bewildering cesspit of games, competition and deceits, over time as they grow in slavery, corruption, hatred and falsehood, they lose their aptitude for differentiating between good pain and bad pain and good pleasure versus bad pleasure, and how much to indulge in any of these.

I just looked at a bunch of mansions owned by the rich and famous.
I do not envy them in the least, nor do I fail to scowl when others envy, covet the luxury enjoyed by the rich and demand that the government confiscate their wealth.
I feel blessed beyond measure with religious insight, fair health, and decent, slight upper middle class status.
A 25 million dollar mansion would be more than I could enjoy.
My advice: be content with what you have, respect the individuality of wealth off others by never stealing their private property, and work hard to achieve upper middle class material being while individuating. That should keep you happy and satisfied for a lifetime. Not bad to have all of that.

My advice: be content with what you have, respect the individuality of wealth off others by never stealing their private property, and work hard to achieve upper middle class material being while individuating. That should keep you happy and satisfied for a lifetime. Not bad to have all of that.

Mean And Small-Minded Altruists
I do not like bullies at all. To brag about having the power and authority to hurt or destroy someone that you loathe, someone that you may legitimately or innocently or heedlessly have been hurt by, is to be a small-minded, mean person.
What would impress me a lot more would occur, whether you have the power and authority, to hurt someone that is poor, defenseless or powerless: that is you stay out of their affairs, and allow them the liberty and decision-making power to run their own lives.
That generous approach is egoistically sound: it is all kind, generous, big-hearted and broad-minded.

To Check Government
The Founding Fathers well knew that we were born depraved, addicted to power, and would support tyranny through large central government built up upon depriving citizens of their natural rights to power, private property, life and liberty.
For this reason they backed separation of powers in the Constitution to check abusive, centralizing, government growth whose possessors are intent upon depriving fellow citizens of their liberty and independence.
We want a federal government strong enough to secure our rights but checked enough to not be the main assailant attacking those natural rights.

I have never been popular, hip or trendy. It is more significant by far to be who you are and do what you have to do.

I would likely be labeled as unconventional, and that characterization would be somewhat accurate. I am also a very traditional, conventional American in other ways.

Not Anti-Federalist
We constitutional conservatives are not anti-federalist. We want and need a federal government that rules with the voluntary consent of the governed. The federal government should be powerful, decisive, efficient, lean, not bloated and its officials not power-hungry.

Leftists love excessive taxation. They steal from the middle class, the upper middle class and the rich to redistribute hard-earned wealth, generated in the private sector, to the middle class, the lower middle class and the poor, both deserving and undeserving.
If they can get everyone hooked on federal largesse, the addicted will vote Democrat, because most voters vote their pocket book.

The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact
Blue States are getting their state legislators to vote to join something called the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. It is a dangerous threat to our constitutional system. Mob rule and people's passions from Leftist states like California would rule the rest of the country based on direct popular vote.
The ideas that made sense to the Founding Fathers was that we need republican checks and balances to protect minorities (small states, etc.) against majority rule tyranny (democracy).
To keep government small and not tyrannical, we must not erode the curbs on majority hegemony.
Planned Central Economy
Now that being a socialist is more or less equivalent with being a Democrat, we need to educate and altert the American people as to what lies ahead for them: stifled earning, government police state tactics, poverty, hunger, shortage and a system that does not work. Do we need it here?
Market Economy
We should tout and praise and celebrate our market economy every day. We should balance the federal budget, reduce taxes and shrink federal government 40% to get it out of, and out of the way of our market economy.
We want to grow the economy domestically and internationally. As wealth grows and spreads, material wealth pushes people over to individualism and self-realization. The market economy affords them to love and live as God means for them to live.

Censoring Alex Jones
My nephew wrote a piece on Facebook, declaring that his research indicates that Alex Jones is still on social media, despite efforts to censor him.
Here is the response that I posted to him: Thank goodness for inefficiency. Evil people, that are hard workers, organized, and devoted to their wickedness, like the Nazis were, are the most destructive force on earth.
If good people are industrious, effective, structured, and dedicated to their good causes, they are the most beneficial force on earth.
Efficiency is only a virtue in the service of spreading good, not spreading evil.
Some inefficient, ineffective censors are preferred to effective, thorough ones like Putin and the Chinese.
Censoring anyone for anything said in public media is a dangerous, unpatriotic act, in America. Short of threatening the life of the President, or advocating violence against some targets, some group of citizens, or shouting "Fire" in a theater, we should censor nothing else. Almost total freedom of speech is what we want.
Apple, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Stitcher, LinkedIn and Pinterest have all moved recently to removed Jonses' Inforwars content from their social media sites. There attempts to silence him and disconnect him from his eager audience is their constitutional right, but it is horrible corporate practice and bad public policy.
We conservatives and lovers of intellectual and political freedom should boycott these private companies that practice censorship against conservatives. We should put our stuff on conservative, alternative social media sites.
