We all want to be liked and to be popular, but are we willing to pay the steep price required to get and retain social rank? To gain such social status necessitates selling one's soul.
If one takes the high road, and discovers the persistence, consistency and strength of will not to carry or worry about what others say, then one can maverize and not worry about what others think any longer. That worry has become irrelevant.
