I am no expert on defining happiness. Nor am I an expert on advising how to gain, achieve or keep it. Prager is the expert on that.
I will offer that happiness is worth pursuing. Money, love, good health and living in a country where one can gain wealth and justice while doing one's thing in a state of liberty are all contributors to feeling happy
Happiness must be an emotionally positive feeling, as well as an optimistic approach to life. If the individual individuates, that sense of pride, accomplishment and worth, based on actual successful effort, creativity and orginal outlook can make the individual feel worthy.
Being a hard worker and contributor to society make one happier.
Being a good person spiritually and morally with an open line of communication and communion with God has to make one completely happy or rather happy.
