Implicit Biases

Implicit Biases need to be eradicated. I suggest that the main emphasis should be on making people strong, impervious and less willing to feel slighted and offended, than using political correctness and a heightened sense of being a victim of microagression, real or imagined.

If we raise people to be strong individuals, then the rest of it will not matter. If one is overtly and directly discriminated against, that person will be trained to be forceful, aggressive and violent if attacked so that no one would dare to accost her for very long or more than once.
