Both Dennis Prager and Jordan Peterson realize that, for a democracy like America to hold together, there needs to a monoculture, a single uniting culture and narrative to bind the people together.
All multiculturalism leads to is the balkanization of people into the tribes or groups that they are genetically related to, but really are not that relevant as individuators moving forward into the future.
Prager recommends that we have our multicultural differences, but all are subsumed, and the people are okay with them being subsumed to that national culture, whose unifying set of values are what all the people share and support.
This forestalls decline into rival tribal cultures, quarreling, up to and including descent into civil war as these competing parties vie endlessly and violently for supremacy.
