What Defines You? To maverize, you will have made the determination that only you define who and what you are, where you came from and where you are headed. You social and economic class, your marital status, your race, your prior military service, your race, your gender, and your sexual orientation are all rich influences in your life, but, as you individuate, your group affiliations neither define you nor serve as your destiny. They are but grist for the mill and you run the mill.
