Rubio has teamed up with Democratic Senators to pass national red flag laws allowing the police, family members, friends or anyone in the public domain to say anything to get a citizen's guns confiscated.
Fourth Amendment rights be damned, due process who care? These vague, broadly written laws open the flood gates to restricting our private right to bear and keep arms, and the Libs then will be on the road to total gun confiscation.
