From the 7/17/24 edition of The Cavalier Chronicle, Page 7, was the following weekly homily on Page 7 which I copied and will comment on, and the article was entitled Higher Education.
Homily: “What is prayer anyway but a conversation with the Lord? Conversation means talking and listening. We tend to talk more than we listen. Work on your conversation with God this week in church.
Lord, teach us to pray. Luke 11:1-13.”
My response: This homily offers sound advice: we should converse with or pray to the good deities routinely, and we do need to listen as much or more than we talk. Let God and the gods instruct you and me.
