Genesis 39:5-8

 If you run with the children of darkness, then, to whatever degree that you are awake enough to reason and exercise agency, you run the risk of being cursed and punished by God in this world and in the next.

Of course the world is complicated and why people suffer is a deep mystery, so, for example, a vicious, psychopathic killer, might live to be 92 and enjoy great material and worldly success and pleasure all this days, while an innocent child in an apartment in Ukraine in Kiev today (March 12,20022) is killed so young by vicious Russian imperialists invading a quiet, peaceful, democratic people.

Still, despite these complex and numerous exceptions, if you track with the children of light, then you likely will be blessed by God in this world and in the next.

Let me quote some lines from Genesis from The New American Bible: "From the moment that he had put him in charge of his household and all his possessions, the Lord blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; in fact, the Lord's blessing was on everything he owned, both inside the house and out. Having left everything he owned in Joseph's charge, he gave no thought, with Joseph there, to anything but the food he ate."

Since Potiphar traveled through life with Joseph, the Lord blessed him and his household for Joseph's sake. Perhaps we, the living, today, should travel through life with friends and companions that follow God, so that God's blessing will also be upon us.

Let me quote these same lines from the Holy Bible (KJV): "And it came to pass from the time that he had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; and the blessing of the Lord was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field."

I wonder about that special presence, interest and blessing bestowed by God upon De's anointed great souls versus the more average attention, blessing and communication shared with nonindividuators that group-live be they virtuous believers or wicked defilers.

Again, any can up their closeness to God by maverizing and growing with God, and then the natural blessing shared with each soul should be much augmented.
