Dennis The Sage Prager has an online clip about Americans--especially the young and the Progressives--being more afraid today than they used to be. They demand coddling and insulation from worldly stesses and unpleasant truths--especially from conservative thinkers--they demand safe spaces on campus to protect them from alarming and heretical ideas.
Dennis worries that induced fear is rendering these "scaredy cats" into craven, self-indulgent children, whose infantilization is damaging and disgusting. They are terrified that they will die of Covid 19 today or global warming 12 years from now, Dennis admonishes.
His conclusion: Ascared people are not to be a free people. This was the land of the free and home of the brave.
A brave, virtuous, courageous, fearless, patriotic, self-sacrificing people brought us freedom and have kept and defended our freedom for generations due to their brave defense of America and its people. Well analyzed, Dennis.
