Jordan Peterson has lectured or implied that goodness resides mostly in the individual not the individual that is very-group oriented, a pure joiner spending all her time with other people.
Usually the individual, especially if holy and God-oriented, that is the center attracting such attributes as conscience, love, rationality, truth-preference. Jordan adds that the truth-loving, authentic individual will see her own flaws and is more likely to correct them than an inauthentic, fantasy-laden, groupist.
I add that should the individual answer God's call to maverize, the ethical and spiritual goodness will radiate from that person's consciousness, as the decent, truth-oriented person strives to do and to be better.
