When true believers worship a cause, an ism or an abstraction, this religion of their is one that they claim carries absolute truth or totalistic answers to solve all problems, these Procrusteans force the myriad of complicated problems and realities in the world to conform with their ideas of how the world works. These absolutists wreck everything they touch, and spread untold tyranny, suffering, death, violence and poverty wherever they reach out to.
