Jordan Peterson seems influenced by Buddhism in announcing that life is suffering, tainted by malevolence. I suggest that life is enjoyment and that forces of good are at work too, though suffering and malevolence may occur more frequently than the latter two forces. Still, if we work at it, enjoyment and goodness can become a lot more common in society.
Jordan also suspicious of and dismissive of self-esteem theory and searching after happiness, but I advocate both of these theories that complement rather than deny the Peterson injunctions for the individual to be ethical, truthful and responsible as the means of finding and building worth and meaning in one's life.
Still, life is a gift from God, so make the most of it.
