They did not give him much of an upbringing. But why should they: they are 3rd or 4th generation products of the Wilson-Obama welfare state with its plan of degradation and genocide against black families through abortion, welfare checks, gang violence and terrible poverty.

Now Obama wants to finish the job and make Obamaism his gift to all young Americans. He may yet taste victory.

They may not be ideal people, but they are so brainwashed by the socialist state--the Left has committed countless crimes against black families, and these kinds of parents are the fruits of the extending nanny state.
