Do we know for certain that a supernatural being, all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-loving did create the world and now governs it, consistently administrating it in line with crafted, divine natural laws that governs and regulates the Cosmos?
I believe that we know this and act as if it is so, even if it were not so, or because we cannot demonstrate a priori or by experiment that it is so. The natural law governs both the world of spirit and the world of the flesh.
