We constitutionalists define the right to be arms as a constitutional and legal right, but also as a natural right, a right to bears arms authorized by God Almighty. You cannot regulate that with laws and outlaw a God-given right. When tyrants outlaw natural rights, they do not eliminate them, they just enslave humans, constraining them from exercising these rights. You wish to disarm me and gun-lovers. Try it, and you will have real civil war.
