An epistemological optimist, is one I characterize, as a epistemic thinker, as believing that certain knowledge exists and can be identified and described with normal language
To my way of thinking, I would characterize an epistemological pessimist as that epistemic thinker proposing that either certain knowledge does not exist, or at least cannot be grasped and communicated by the human thinker.
