In this world, to a large degree, that is up to you.
In the next world, where you end up at still is, to a large degree up to you, merited by your faith, your goodness of will and your allegiance to God. You could go to heaven, purgatory, or hell, temporarily or permanently, and God might offer fallen sinners a second chance.
