Gay Marriage

Journalists are hinting that same-sex marriage may be codified permanently by the Roberts Court this term. There is no constitutional basis for same-sex marriage.

Marriage is between a man and a woman. Let there be secular, legal same-sex unions and that is as far as it should go. But Roberts stabbed George Bush and conservatives in the back over supporting Obamacare, so he well might declare the unconstitutional constitutional in this instance too. There are activist rhinos on the bench too, it would appear.

God reserved the sacrament of marriage to be consecrated between a man and a woman, and secular humanists have no divine right to overrule God's law. It is hubris and will not go unnoticed or unpunished.
