Every time Trump tries to run the Executive Branch by setting up a policy or issuing an executive order, well within his constitutional jurisdiction, progressives cherry pick a district to find an Obama judge, a local judge, to put out an injunction to ban federal executive action, binding not only for that judge's district but for the whole country.
The people elected Trump and he is doing their bidding but some ideological, socialist oligarch, from the bench, uses his authoritarian activism to overrule Trump directly, and the popular will, indirectly.
What steps can we take to minimize this tyranny?
