The Cultural Grandfather Of Mavellonialism

Eric Hoffer, that brilliant, original, conservative American longshoreman philosopher, literally, consciously foresaw the rise of Mavellonialism, or his lines of thought led right to my conclusions.

When I suggest that the only way to enjoy a limited-size federal government that guarantees citizen liberty and rights, including law and order and contract enforcement in the courts without the same federal government growing so huge, powerful, intrusive and tyrannical that it oppresses the citizenry, I offer the only solution that will make all prosperous, middle class, free, self-determining and yet voluntarily self-organizing from the bottom-up to thwart entrenched elites in the Swamp and around the country from installing their Marxist dictatorship dominated and populated by an educated elite,

Where there are Mavellonialized (self-realizers dedicating their lives to God), they do so as average people leading unaverage lives of inspiring exceptionality. These united millions, as supercitizens and lawful, individuating anarchists love, need and will protect their liberty, and they will vote to order all leaders to do the bidding of the united, voting, established bloc of voters protecting liberty and defeating elites and their tyranny. This is how we keep America free.

Hoffer, on Page 27 of the book, The Syndicated News Articles, written on March 10, 1968, writes of the need for the average people to use their talents, and not waste their lives, and that leads write into the egoist ethos urging that all are blessed with remarkable talents and they should work to develop them. Such a class of citizens could not be conquered, and if conquered, would not submit at all. That caliber of citizenry will develop their talents, without input from elites, and such power-wielders will tolerate no elite running the lives of the people. That caliber of citizenry will be so talented, smart, tough, creative and versatile that they will be able to advance with the coming changes, without losing tradition, and law and order normalcy. This Mavellonialized future generation of Americans are who grow out of what Hoffer wrote below 52 years ago:

"The attempt to realize the potentialities of the masses may seem visionary and extravagant, yet it is eminently practical when judged by the criterion of social efficiency. For the efficiency of a society should be guaged not only by how effectively it utilizes it natural resources but what it does with its human resources. Indeed, the utilization of natural resources can be deemed efficient only when it serves as a means for the realization of the intellectual, artistic, and manipulative capcacities inherent in a population.

It is evident, therefore, that if we are to awaken and cultivate the talents dormant in a whole population we must change our conception of what is efficient, useful, practical, wasteful, and so on. Up to now in the country we are warned not to waste our time but we are brought up to waste our lives."
