We need the rule of law and we need to abide by the law. If we dislike a law, or if it is senseless, unconstitutional, unjust or excessive,, work through channels to repeal the law.
It is not acceptable to break the law because one can get away with doing so, have not yet been arrested or because it is merely immoral.
