Same-Sex Marriage

It apparently is the law of the land now, due to backdoor Supreme Court machinations. Levin last night railed against judicial tyranny. Social issues like this and abortion, as Levins regrets, should have been non-federalized, and voted on by the voters in all 50 states.

The Supreme Court unconstitutionally stuck its nose in where it does not belong, once again. Levin admonishes that the imperial President, Congress, the federal bureaucracy and the centralizing judical system all conspire to federalize every aspect of our lives, depriving us of freedom, privacy and liberty. He wants a counterrevolution to decrease the size and reach of government in all its aspects, to recover our freedoms under a constitutional republic.

I would like to gently and slowly add to that, what aspects of Mavellonialist anarchism as would be constitutional--or require constitutional amendments to be included--to move us towards a society and world governed under a confederation of canton anarchy, where most governing goes on at the county level. There abortion and same-sex marriage would be locally decided. All politics are local and should be local.

I would want three individuator-anarchist peers to meet with a self-governing neighbor that was doing evil to see if they would be able to persuade him to cease doing what he is doing wrong. We want people to have maximum freedom and power to self-govern in the future, but we want mechanisms in place to prevent them from going off the deep end, harming themselves, others and the innocent. For example, if an individuator-anarchist decided that human slavery on his bonanza farm was an acceptable practice. That would have to be stopped, voluntarily or involuntarily. It would be hoped that three peers, a moral committee, would be able to reach him.
