They Had Their Day

Institutions of all kinds have had their day and their contribution to human survival and advancement.

Now they are in the way of the rise of the individuator-anarchist. They need to be preserved, not swept away, but over time, they must be reduced in power and scope, nudged aside, for the increasing power and leeway of the self-governors.

Of course, this must be done slowly, gently, empirically (start over if a program falters) over time to deinstitutionalize America, making way for the rise of the Mavellonialists.
