Egotism As An Exagerrated Sense Of Self-Importance

Egotism is defined as an excessive sense of self-importance. If he talks too much about himself and not at all about the interests, personage  and needs of his audience, he may be narcissistic, selfish and undiplomatic.

None of these latter three traits are admired under Mavellonialism as appropriate behavior or appropriate social stances coming from an ethical, individuating egoist.
